To meet the increasing market demand, we have introduced the most advanced high-throughput synthesizers, which provide computer-controlled oligo synthesis, cleavage, and deprotection in a parallel-processing format. Our oligos are synthesized with a typical coupling efficiency of 99% and purified by OPC free of charge. PAGE and HPLC purification are also available with additional charges. The high coupling efficiency of our synthesis technology allows efficient synthesis of oligos up to 100 bases at high yield. In addition, a variety of modifications are available. Every oligo is analyzed by PAGE to check its quality. |
